We are thrilled with our new high velocity air conditioning system from Unique Indoor Comfort. The installers were experienced, efficient, careful and neat.
Also, the customer service representative met with us before, during, and after the installation to make sure that we had a clear understanding of the system, and to ensure that it was being installed in the proper fashion and in keeping with our wishes. To our pleasant surprise, the system is even quieter than we had imagined.
When the temperature hit 90 degrees recently, we were as cool as cucumbers thanks to our Unique Indoor Comfort system. Although our Cambridge home was built in the 1860s, our new air conditioning system makes it a home for the 21st century.

My wife and I recently had a high velocity air conditioning system installed in our home. We have oil fired baseboard hot water heating and therefore, no duct system. So when we asked the advice of some friends who have a high velocity system installed, your company was recommended.
I'm writing to tell you how very impressed I was with you company's performance. I am a Command Sergeant Major in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, and I know the kind of careful planning and scheduling that is required to successfully accomplish a complex mission. During our installation, I was totally amazed at the precision with which the right materials were delivered when needed, the smoothness of the installation process itself, the careful solving of the many duct-routing problems, the collection of unused residue, and the general clean-up of various work areas.
I can't tell you how often I've seen good workmanship spoiled by poor clean-up or by loose ends left unattended. Your installers were marvelous to watch as they set about installing various components, weaving the ducts through ceilings and walls, displacing furniture and items as little as possible, and assuring that work areas were promptly returned to their original condition and any dust or debris was removed. These two gentlemen were absolutely professional in everything they did, and they reflect credit on your entire organization.

Just wanted to drop you a line and let you know how pleased we are with the installation of our new central air conditioning system.
The installers/technicians were prompt daily, showed up when they said they would, and worked hard every day. They were courteous, funny, and very respectful of this house and the fact that people were living here. Each day, before they left, they cleaned up any mess they made. However, the mess was generally minimal, as they were very careful each step along the way. As anyone who has had contractors in their house knows, it can be a major inconvenience to have any work done. But the installers at Unique did and outstanding job at minimizing this inconvenience.
Though it is something I rarely do, I would be happy to refer any new customers to Unique Indoor Comfort! My best to all of you.

We were truly pleased with how the installation happened almost step-by-step according to the project plan, which you had communicated to us during the bid process and also at the time of installation. Your installers treated our home as if it was their home, and at the end of every workday, my family would never have known that a major Central Air Conditioning installation was in progress.
