Lou was raised in Temple, PA and as a young man worked in his family's mushroom farming business before earning a degree in Agricultural Business Management from the University of Delaware. Prior to joining Unique Indoor Comfort in 1998, Lou held positions at General Electric and Alfa Laval. Lou currently resides in Wayne with his wife and three children.
