Russell grew up in Norwood, PA learning the construction business while working for his father's general contracting company. In 1999, he joined Unique Indoor Comfort as an installer in the Philadelphia office before moving on to become part owner of the New York location in 2005. Russell currently lives in Harrison, NY.
